BCI EMPOWER LIMITED was founded by Brian Chris, the same person who made KALE HK in 2014 with Hero Leung, instrumental. Their tandem started a unique healthy flexitarian restaurant in Hong Kong. The dishes’ main concept is primarily to offer high nutrition value through a combination of zero-dairy menus with 80% plant-based and 20% carefully sourced protein.
In 2021, BCI EMPOWER LIMITED, acquired Healthy Chicken, a fast-casual concept that provides convenience and quality food not only for the fitness-conscious consumer, as well as the health conscious masses of the vibrant and fast faced city of Hong Kong.

Eating for nourishment
“Nourishment is beyond nutrition” is what we take to heart. Every thought is given to how each ingredient contributes to optimal health and what will enable the body to benefit from it, to sustain an illness-free living.
Self-care eating, not self-control
When we eat to lose weight, we tend to eat from counting calories perspective and don’t consider nourishment. What is it about the mindset of losing weight that seems like it should be painful? Being on a diet is never a good idea, because restriction is one of the keys of self-destruction.
